Solar Panels and Power
Solar array: This is the source of power in your energy system. One or more panels give the voltage/current needed to charge your batteries.
Charge controller: Protects your batteries from overcharging. Features include current meters and battery voltage.
Batteries: Good, deep-cycle batteries to store energy for use at any time. 2V, 6V, or 12V batteries available.
Inverters: Converts battery power to 120 VAC. May be wired into house circuits. Optional built-in battery chargers.
Load centers: AC and DC power distribution centers with circuit breakers for protection of the users and batteries.
We offer you a complete line of solar panels including Siemens, Kyocera, BP, Unisolar and Solarex. Inverters are also available, and include features such as auto-equalization, low voltage disconnect and temperature compensation.
Solar Powered Accessories
Sunpower carries a complete line of solar powered accessories. We have DC energy efficient lighting, solar powered radios, flashlights, and strobe lights (ideal for the RV). We also sell a solar powered back-up unit for laptop computers, allowing you to work anywhere, anytime.
